Terms of use
Last updated 12 October 2026
These terms cover this website and the Aino waitlist. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What this site is
Aino is a travel app that we plan to launch in winter 2027. The app is not available yet. This site exists so you can sign up to hear about it. There is nothing to buy here, and we do not take payments on this site.
The site is run by Daybound Oy (business ID 3658438-6), Aaltotie 2 C, 33180 Tampere, Finland. When these terms say we or Aino, they mean Daybound Oy. You can reach us at hello@withaino.com.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free. You give us your email address, and we email you when Aino is ready and about early access to the beta.
You need to be 16 or older to join. You also need to use an email address that is yours.
You can leave the waitlist whenever you want. Every email we send has a one-click unsubscribe link, or you can write to us and we will remove you. How we handle your email address is explained in our privacy policy.
We may change how the waitlist works, pause it, or close it at any time. If we do, we will tell you by email if we still have your address.
What we don't promise
Being on the waitlist does not guarantee you anything. In particular, it does not guarantee:
- Access to Aino, the beta, or any early access programme.
- A launch date. Winter 2027 is our plan, and plans can change.
- Any particular price, free period, or discount.
- Any particular feature. What we describe on this site is what we intend to build, and it may change before launch.
Nothing on this site is an offer to sell you anything, and joining the waitlist does not create a contract for the app itself.
Your use of the site
Use the site for what it is for: reading about Aino and joining the waitlist. Do not:
- Sign up with an email address that is not yours.
- Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to submit the form.
- Try to break, overload, or get around the security of the site or the services behind it.
- Copy or scrape the site's content for your own use beyond what these terms allow.
If you break these rules, we may remove you from the waitlist and block you from the site.
The site uses cookies and similar tracking only as described in our privacy policy.
Our content
Everything on this site, including the text, images, design, the Aino name and the Aino logo, belongs to Daybound Oy. You can view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, reuse, or publish our content or brand without our written permission. Trademarks and names of other companies belong to their owners.
Liability
This is a pre-launch site, and we provide it as it is. We do not promise that it will always be available, free of errors, or that what we describe here will match the final product.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using this site or from relying on information on it, including anything you lose because the launch is delayed, changed, or cancelled.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any dispute about them or the site will be handled by the courts of Finland. If you are a consumer living in the EU, you keep your statutory rights, including the right to bring a case in the courts of your own country and to use the dispute resolution bodies available to you there.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the date at the top. If you keep using the site after that, the new terms apply. If a change matters to people on the waitlist, we will email you about it.
